What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression.
+ Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and scheduling.
+ Use EMR and scheduling software to register patients and book appointments.
+ Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations when needed.
+ Process co-pays, deductibles, and direct patients to financial counseling if appropriate.
+ Maintain accurate and timely entry of all patient and billing information.
+ Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care.
