Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate with patients for consultations, follow-ups, and overall assistance.
- Handle insurance processes including pre-authorization, billing coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in IPD patient coordination, including managing documentation and communication.
- Coordinate and accompany patients for external procedures such as PET-CT scans and radiation therapy appointments.
- Liaise with hospital staff, doctors, and external centers for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation related to patients and billing.
