**Description:**
The Patient Services Coordinator performs a variety of food service functions, including supervising staff in the absence of the production manager and assuring accurate and timely delivery of patient meal trays. This will be a working position. This position monitors adherence to department and hospital policies and procedures, regulatory standards, and food safety/sanitation standards in food service daily operations.
**ORGANIZATIONAL SUMMARY**
A. Reports to: General Manager, Patient Services Manager, and Production Manager B. Supervises: Nutrition Services Leads, staff when managers are off. C.
