**Title:** Patient Service Representative I
**Hours:** 40 hours per week; Rotating Schedule see below.
**Week 1:**
+ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 10:30-7:00 PM
**Week 2:**
+ Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 10:30-7:00 PM
**Location:** Onsite at Lowell General Hospital - Main Campus
**Requirements:** 2 weeks of full time training during the day shift is required.
