Position Overview
Overview - Location: Central / West / North (near MRT)
- Work day: 5.25 day / 5.5 day / Rotating shifts
- Salary: up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable bonus

- Contract: 1 year renewable / convertible
Responsibilities - Provide good customer services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.
- Perform clinical tasks include visual acuity tests, uroflowmetry assisting, venepuncture, ECG, room assisting in doctors’ consultation room etc
- Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
- Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
Qualifications - Candidate Min O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
