Position Overview
Responsibilities - Attend all patients’ enquiries, either through call‑in or walk‑in, promptly and courteously.
- Register patients either for appointment or walk‑in treatment.
- After treatment, discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting accurate payments, and scheduling next appointments.
- Collect payment accurately in any mode of payment (cash, NETS, credit card, etc.).
- Key in every treatment charge and sales of dental products in clinic management software.
- Issue medical receipts and medical certificates.
- File patients’ treatment cards correctly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all times.
- Support basic clinical tasks during peak hours or as assigned.
