Patient Service Associate (Singaporeans & PR) Job Description As a Patient Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly customer service as well as to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all the patients, with the main aim to excel in providing good patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities - Reporting to Clinic Operations Manager
- Registering and scheduling appointments for patients
- Managing email, phone and upfront enquiries from patients
- Providing chaperone assistance to patients
- Assisting doctors with simple procedures
- Providing patient education and financial counselling
- Preparing and dispensing medications
- Performing cashiering duties and daily settlements
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
