About the role Join the team at Atlas Eye Specialist Centre as a Patient Service Associate. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for all who visit our eye care facility.
What you'll be doing - Greet and welcome patients, making them feel comfortable and valued
- Schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and process registrations and check‑outs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth flow of patient care
