Patient Service Associate (Frontline Healthcare)
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and empathetic frontline service to patients
- Register patients for visits and manage appointment scheduling
- Handle payment collection and basic financial transactions accurately
- Maintain and update patient records with care and confidentiality
- Offer clear financial counselling and guidance to patients when required
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications
- Diploma in any discipline or GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ Levels or Higher NITEC (Business Studies) or NITEC (Service Skills)
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, people‑centred environment
- Friendly, team‑oriented personality with good communication skills
