Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage patient safety and quality improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Collaborate with clinical teams and stakeholders to identify and reduce patient safety risks
- Guide project teams in process improvement, goal setting, and performance measurement
- Design and implement quality improvement frameworks and best practices
- Plan and conduct training programmes on patient safety and improvement methodologies
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive improvement initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure sustainable improvements
- Conduct research, literature reviews, and environmental scans to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare proposals for funding and support strategic initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
