Schedule: 12 hour Shifts - Rotating Schedule (ED), 8am - 4:30pm (Outpatient)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Patient Registration Representative to join a fast-paced Emergency Department team. This role is highly dynamic, requiring strong customer service skills, quick thinking, and the ability to remain professional in urgent situations while ensuring accurate patient registration and documentation.
Key Responsibilities

+ Register and check in patients across multiple Emergency Department areas, including front desk, ambulance bay, and patient floors

+ Collect and verify patient identification and insurance information accurately
