This is an exciting opportunity to join our Patient Pathway Team as an integral part of the Oncology and Haematology Department. You will provide a comprehensive administrative service, supporting the reception booking team, consultants, clinicians, CNS and Pharmacy teams and act as a central point of communication for patients and staff.

In this role, you will develop a detailed understanding of pathways for both routine elective and cancer patients, ensuring you know where each patient is in their journey. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, which includes managing correspondence, appointments, and records, ordering diagnostic tests, and liaising with consultants to minimise delays in care.
