As a Patient Navigator, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their care journey under the supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor and Manager. You will be the main point of contact for patients at our Radiation Oncology locations, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and communicate with patients daily, starting from the moment they are scheduled for treatment.
+ Help patients understand their next steps and provide necessary information for their appointments.
+ Ensure patients arrive with all required documentation and information.
+ Facilitate clear and professional communication between patients and the care team.
+ Obtain necessary authorizations and explain the approval process to patients.
