Position Overview

Summary:

The Patient Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring that every person approaching the medical center is greeted, provides direction to desired location, including transporting (walking or wheelchair) individuals to area, and visitors are offered assistance as appropriate in order to feel accepted and welcome. Patient Experience Representative will be asked to screen patients/visitors/associates, enforce visitor/support person restrictions, perform service recovery, and assist during special events.
Responsibilities:
Provides the highest quality customer service by greeting and effectively communicating with visitors and guests as they enter or exit the medical center, escorting them to appropriate area.
In the event of infectious disease restrictions being in place acts as a screener.
Answers questions and provides information as needed or requested.
