UPMC Williamsport has an opening for a Full-Time Patient & Family Concierge to join The Birthplace!

This position will be scheduled for 36 hours per week, with a primary Day/Night shift of 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. This role will also be assigned every other weekend/holiday!

Purpose:
The Patient & Family Concierge is responsible for providing generalized, compassionate service and support to patients, families, and visitors during their stay within the hospital. The core goal of the Concierge is to create and deliver a top-notch experience for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
