Position Overview
Job Advert: We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented individual to join a healthcare institution's Quality Service team on a 9-month contract basis. This role will support patient engagement and service excellence initiatives, while working closely with various stakeholders to enhance overall patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on patient/service-related feedback to ensure timely resolution Support hospital-wide service quality initiatives, programmes and improvement projects Coordinate surveys, focus group discussions, engagement activities and events Track service satisfaction trends and assist in preparing dashboards and reports Analyse feedback patterns and support presentations for management discussions Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive service culture and patient-centric improvements Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business or related disciplines Preferably with experience in service qual...
