UPMC Rx Partners is looking for a casual status Patient Delivery Rep to join their dedicated team!

The Patient Delivery Rep will coordinate and deliver products in an accurate, courteous, and timely manner. Assist the pharmacist in the performance of technical and clerical duties. Company vehicles are provided for all deliveries.

This is a casual status position working two to three days per week, 8 - 10 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

+ Obtain patients signature on specific forms.
+ Organize and file pharmacy documentation as required.
+ Handle customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner.
+ Cooperate and coordinate with other staff to ensure efficient deliveries.
+ Meet expectations for customer satisfaction and anticipates customer needs.
+ Deliver pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment in timely, safe and accountable manner.
