UPMC Chartwell is looking for a full time Patient Delivery Rep to join their dedicated team!

The Patient Delivery Rep will coordinate and deliver products in an accurate, courteous, and timely manner. Assist the pharmacist in the performance of technical and clerical duties. Chartwell provides company vehicles for all deliveries.

Shift differential pay is included for specific hours worked in this role. Shifts include: four - 10 hour days, three weekdays (12pm to 10:30pm) and Saturday's (10am to 8:30pm).

Responsibilities:

+ Obtain patients signature on specific forms.
+ Organize and file pharmacy documentation as required.
+ Handle customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner.
