Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Copay Specialist to support our revenue cycle and patient billing operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and posting patient copay charges, reviewing billing data, and assisting patients with account and payment-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in medical billing or revenue cycle operations, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to confidently assist U.S.-based patients.
