Licenses/Certifications: Certified in Basic Life Support issued by (AHA) American Heart Association within 90 days of employment.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills: No experience required. All necessary training on PCT Core Competencies will be provided by Memorial Hermann.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.Direct patient care duties include but are not limited to vital signs (pre and post treatment, as applicable), visual monitoring of a patient’s condition, hygiene support, toileting support, mobility support, nutrition support, bathing support, charting, and other activities of daily living as needed.Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of information.
