We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Access Specialist to join our healthcare client’s team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping ensure a smooth and efficient registration and intake process while delivering a high level of service.


Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm + Rotating weekends and holidays


Responsibilities for the position:

+ Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

+ Perform patient registration, intake, and demographic verification.

+ Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements.

+ Collect and update patient information accurately in electronic health record systems.

+ Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow as needed.
