This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering a St. Luke’s hospital or clinic. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).
We currently have openings in Treasure Valley, Magic Valley, and Wood River with various shifts including flex, part time, and full time.
