Shift: Part Time; includes Saturday weekend rotation
Setting: High-volume outpatient site with mostly walk-ins and some scheduled services

Position Summary

The Patient Access Scheduler is responsible for clerical and reception duties related to patient scheduling and registration in a fast-paced outpatient environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and is essential to ensuring a positive, efficient, and professional experience. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of incoming calls, coordinate scheduling across multiple departments and facilities, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and organization.
