Requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ 6 months of experience in an outpatient or medical office environment preferred
+ Comparable experience in customer service or call center settings preferred
+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
+ Proficient keyboarding and computer navigation skills
+ Experience using standard office equipment
