Key accountabilities :
Ensure the highest possible quality of products and the preparation of desserts served à la carte, in terms of taste, temperature, and speed of execution for an optimal customer experience.With the Pastry chef and sous chef, supervise food tastings and presentations.Train the pastry team to prepare desserts for each menu change.
