Bern's Steak House (https://bernssteakhouse.com) is looking for a professional pastry assistant who can prep, cook and plate all menu items according to our standards. You will be required to work production shifts as well as line/plating shifts. 

Responsibilities and Duties

+ Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, late nights and holidays 

+ Prep station with all necessary items for plating 

+ Prepare and plate all items according to Chefs' standards

+ Ensure production quality of all products in high volume fine dining restaurant

+ Maintain cleanliness of station throughout the entire shift

+ Maintain safety standards at all times
