Position Overview
1. 协助饼房厨师完成面团制作、分割、整形、烘烤等基础烘焙工序;
2. 负责厨房区域及设备的日常清洁、消毒与物料归位,保持操作环境符合食品安全卫生标准;
3. 按照操作规范进行食材领用、称量、分装及余料管理,协助控制损耗;
4. 配合完成日常备料、包装、出品辅助及店内支持性工作。
1. 身体健康,持有有效健康证明,无妨碍食品加工的传染性疾病;
2. 具备基本劳动能力与学习意愿,能适应站立作业及早晚班轮岗安排;
3. 无学历、性别、民族、户籍、宗教信仰等方面限制,欢迎残障人士及其他就业困难群体应聘;
4. 遵守食品安全操作规范,服从工作安排,具备团队协作意识与责任心。
