This is a hands-on position at the heart of the bakery's daily production. You will be responsible for executing the core baking processes with precision and care, ensuring every item that reaches the customer is a testament to the bakery's commitment to quality. The role requires a collaborative spirit, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for the art and science of baking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ingredient Preparation & Dough Production:

· Meticulously check the quality of all raw materials and precisely weigh and measure ingredients to strict bakery formulations.

· Execute core baking techniques including kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping a variety of doughs and pastries.
