WINNER Hospitality is a Brooklyn-based group of cafes, restaurants, and production kitchens rooted in quality, seasonality, and community. Across our concepts; WINNER Bakery, WINNER in the Park, WINNER Butcher, and Runner-Up, we produce thoughtful, from-scratch food with a focus on craftsmanship and consistency. Our pastry program is central to what we do, from laminated doughs to rustic cakes and plated desserts.
We’re looking for a full-time and a part-time Pastry Cook to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in foundational pastry techniques, has lamination experience, and thrives in an early-morning, fast-paced kitchen.
You’ll work closely with our Pastry Chef and team to execute a daily menu of viennoiserie, baked goods, and desserts that are served across all WINNER locations.
