Oribu Restaurant, the brand-new, design-forward dining destination inside the Grand Hyatt Washington, is looking for a creative Pastry Cook to join our opening team. This is your chance to be part of something fresh—building a standout dessert program from day one in a high-energy, elevated lunch and dinner concept. We’re seeking someone who’s equal parts artist and technician, with a love for bold flavors, beautiful presentation, and pushing classic pastry into modern territory. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen and want your work to make a statement, we’d love to meet you. We are looking for someone that has flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.22, increasing to $26.08 after six months.
