The Pastry Chef oversees the pastry kitchen operations, manages inventory and supplies, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, they lead and train pastry staff, collaborate with other kitchen departments, and innovate seasonal and themed dessert offerings to enhance the overall dining experience.
