Responsibilities

• Designing, preparing, and presenting a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our discerning clientele.
• Collaborating closely with the executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure seamless dessert service that complements the overall dining experience.
• Managing a pastry team and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
• Developing innovative and elegant dessert menus.
• Ensuring superior quality products in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment.

Qualifications
