Position Overview
The Head Pastry Chef will oversee all aspects of the pastry department at our high‑end restaurant in Khanpur. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing the dessert menu, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and supervising a team of pastry assistants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update the dessert menu to ensure it is in line with current trends and customer preferences.
- Create new recipes and techniques to keep the dessert offerings fresh and exciting.
- Train, supervise, and schedule pastry assistants to ensure high‑quality desserts are consistently produced.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment needed for the pastry department.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of desserts for all events and special occasions.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times.
