Position Overview
A leading hotel chain is seeking a Chef de Partie to supervise the Pastry kitchen at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. You will assist in the efficient running of the kitchen while maintaining Hyatt standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis in a luxury hotel or restaurant. Essential skills include a strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health standards. Only Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
