Position Overview
As a Chef de Partie you will oversee each section with directive from the Sous chef. You will get assistance from Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties. They will also ensure levels of food hygiene are to the required standard and that dishes within your section are executed to the correct specification all in-keeping with The 5* Hotel's Tone of Voice.

- Can take responsibilities for any section of the kitchen and meet standards in health and hygiene, staffing and organisational planning, recipe standards, promotion of learning environment, and food quality and preparation.
- Participates in the development of recipes.
- Food product knowledge, and an understanding of menu content and impact, and pricing guidelines.
