At New City College’s Redbridge campus, we are proud of the diverse and vibrant community of learners we serve. We are now seeking a Pastoral Tutor to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, helping students to achieve their potential and make the most of their time at college.

In this role, you will guide and support learners through weekly group tutorials and one-to-one sessions, encouraging them to set goals, overcome challenges, and stay focused on their studies. You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to monitor attendance, identify students who may be at risk, and ensure they receive the right interventions. Beyond academic support, you will contribute to enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and help create a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects the spirit of Redbridge campus.
