A secondary school in Surbiton, Kingston upon Thames is looking for a Pastoral Support Assistant to support pupils who need help with behaviour, attendance, confidence and school engagement. This role sits between behaviour, pastoral care and keeping pupils engaged in school. This is a long-term role starting in September 2026, with strong potential to continue across the academic year. This role is suited to someone who can build relationships quickly while still holding clear boundaries. You will be working with pupils who may need mentoring, emotional support or help staying on track during the school day.
