Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents about pastoral issues, lead meetings with families, and collaborate with the SENDCo to identify students requiring interventions.
• Provide pastoral support to students, identify personal issues affecting them, and implement plans for their care and support.
• Manage and record data on the school's management information systems, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information for safeguarding and well‑being.
