Parts Advisor


We are looking for an exceptional Parts Advisor to join our team in Eckville, AB.

What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?


+ Acting as an advisor to clients to educate them on the parts they need and related parts they should consider or may need.

+ Sourcing and recommending parts to clients on a wide range of agriculture equipment and brands such as:

+ Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet, Claas, and more;

+ Large agriculture equipment to lawn and garden equipment (the type of equipment can vary by region)


+ Managing and sourcing parts from electrical, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, etc.

+ Working the front or back counter as necessary, depending on the traffic flow of the business.

+ Answering customer inquiries over the phone or through e-mail.

+ Responding to customers in a timely manner and keeping a record of quotes that can be access...
