Canso Ford Sales is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Parts & Service Advisor.
The Parts & Service Advisor is responsible for guiding Canso Fordβs customers through the maintenance and repair of vehicles while creating a great first impression.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Β· Scheduling customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair.
Β· Keeping customers informed on status of repairs/service and address customer questions, needs, and concerns.
Β· Ensuring customer vehicles are returned to the customer clean and with all items identified for service/repair carried out appropriately and on time.
Β· Continually confirming accuracy and relevance of all department forms, menus, and pricing guides.
Β· Consistently improving delivery of service for excellent customer satisfaction.
