Position Overview
Essential Functions:
Accepts, processes, and acknowledges customer orders using computer database.Processes invoices and credit card payments.Provides information and assistance regarding quotes, order status, product availability, technical support, and general information as requested.Maintains customer database for order entry, accounting, and historical purposes.Maintains serial number database.Answers telephone calls for the sales department.Completes all shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all company policies to eliminate and/ or reduce exposure to liability.
