Present parts and rider gear correctly and to Brand standards Order and locate parts and accessories accurately and timeously Issue motorcycle parts according to job card Order special orders and receive special orders Ensure effective product knowledge (parts and rider gear) and understanding Explain technical details in a simple and understandable manner to customers and highlight benefits to add value Ensure correct pricing is indicated Ensure all Rider Gear to be packed away before close of business Contact possible new/existing customers regularly (i.e. email, or phone etc) Actively market/advertise products and the brand to exist...
