+ Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the Parts Sales Desk Coordinators.
+ Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve performance and customer service.
+ Monitor workload distribution, response times, and order accuracy to ensure service expectations are met.
+ Continue to actively manage customer accounts and generate revenue through parts sales activities.
