Reporting to the Service Manager, the Parts Clerk & Sales Support is responsible for parts management and warehouse operations. This role also supports the sales team by coordinating order fulfillment, communicating order status, and assisting customers with inquiries about parts availability, lead times, and logistics.

He/She also acts as an advisor to customers on all compressor parts and components, and must provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction for ReapAir Compressor Services clients.

• Receive and ship merchandise;
