Position Overview
Parts & Retail Assistant Reporting directly to the Parts & Retail Manager, this role involves supporting day-to-day customer and technician enquiries relating to machinery parts.
The Role- Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries
- Process and dispatch customer orders efficiently
- Provide product and service information face-to-face and via telephone/email
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Support showroom and retail operations where required
Required Skills & Experience- Strong communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
- Ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of agricultural, construction, horticultural, or motor industry parts (advantageous)
