Parts Advisor 

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-owned business, near their Ely branch. This role involves providing parts support to retail, account, and workshop customers while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key duties include:

• Selling parts and processing orders and invoices
• Supporting workshop and trade counter enquiries
• Managing stock, deliveries, and warehouse organisation
• Maintaining customer relationships and promoting offers
• Completing stock checks and using parts/IBCOS systems
• Occasional deliveries and equipment sales/installation
• General warehouse duties (some heavy lifting required; forklift experience beneficial)
