Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities to promote healthcare products and services
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand market reach
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of partners and clients
- Attend meetings, product presentations, and industry-related events as needed
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of field sales experience in healthcare-related products or services
- At least 1 year experience as a Medical Representative
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
