A Note on Location

We are excited to meet with qualified candidates and are grateful for everyone’s interest. This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of in person meetings a few times a quarter. Additionally, there will be occasional travel of up to 20% for conferences. All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to build and scale Blue J’s association partnership motion, playing a key role in how we drive growth through partner channels.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will own a portfolio of professional associations and member-based organizations, including state societies, NATP, and similar groups.
