You will drive revenue and ancillary growth across a tiered partner portfolio, owning performance strategy and proactive risk management to maximize booking volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive booking volume and revenue growth targets by monitoring performance and identifying key growth drivers per partner;
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to increase attachment rates and optimize portfolio performance;
- Develop 12-month growth plans for each partner, setting and tracking clear booking, revenue, and ancillary targets;
- Lead partner discussions focused on financial growth and benchmarking performance against peers using data-driven insights;
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance performance;
