The Executive – Talent Development Partnerships provides coordination and execution support to the Talent Development Partnerships team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent follow ups across partnership and program activities.

Reporting to the Senior Manager and working closely with the Senior Specialist, the role supports the implementation of partnership activities, managing day to day implementation with partners, coordination across Learning-to-Earning hubs, and maintenance of accurate documentation and data in line with AGF’s governance and systems.

This role requires frequent on-site presence across different spaces to support program implementation, partner coordination, and event execution.
